Service of Process or Legal Process Serving is when legal documents such as summonses, complaints, writs and other court documents are delivered to an individual to whom the legal document is directed.

Service of Process must be served by an individual who is not a party to the case. Our Private Investigators and private detectives can deliver (or serve) legal documents to a defendant or an individual involved in court cases located across the UK.

We follow all guidelines on documentations delivery in accordance with any legislation in the area of service. On receipt of your instruction we will follow through fully and ensure expeditious delivery nationwide.
